    Welcome back, we hope you all had a happy and safe Easter holiday, despite the rain! This term the children will be learning lots about 2 big events for the United Kingdom; the Queen's Diamond Jubilee and the Olympic Games.     Mrs Butler would like to thank you for all the well wishes and for the children's efforts during her retirement assembly. We wish her a long and happy retirement.
    We would like to give a warm welcome our new Head Cook, Mrs Locke who we hope will enjoy working with us.

    Cardiff Catering (the people in charge of school meals) would like you to complete a short survey to help them improve their service.     Thank you to Willows High School for arranging fabulous Literacy workshops for Year 6. The children thouroughly enjoyed meeting the author Phil Carradice and entering 2 writing competitions!
